Well what can I say, it is refreshing to receiving such a good all round service these days.
I had a problem identifying the correct part for my Fiamma awning being the end outer cover caps as there are several types out there.
I used the online chat facility to explain that a previous order for the right hand cover that I ordered was correct (after correctly identifying it from picture) and that I also needed the left hand cover now that I had the correct right hand cover supplying the details of this they were able to give me the details for the left cover.
Visited other site trying to identify the part without success.
