All you need, this trim little unit, some wire and a basic solar panel. Leisure and vehicle batteries got nicely charged in the first sunny day, and the unit does not waste power as it has a proper pulse design, I understand. Instructions were in Italian, but supplier quickly sent more, and connections were pretty obvious anyway. I used ordinary pliers to crimp the connector spades, but it would be better to use a proper tool. Don't hesitate - you'll love the peace of mind knowing your batteries are maintained, ready for the off. Regulator arrived very quickly, as did the panel.
