Navsync Easi-Nav GPS

The Easi-nav is a very high performance GPS 12 channel receiver.

Simply connect this tiny (66mm long X 52mm wide X 11mm thick) satellite GPS Receiver to your laptop via a USB Lead and you have an instant GPS Navigation system for motorhomes with a budget price tag but high quality expensive performance.

Power is supplied from your laptop via the USB2.0 Connection so no more cables or batteries are required.

One of the main differences between this gps receiver and others currently available is the sensitivity.

Normal GPS systems cannot track satellites below -175 dBW (-145 dBm) however the Navsync easinav can track down a further 10 dB resulting in tracking down to -185 dBW (-155 dBm).

This makes it possible to navigate your motorhomes as they enter buildings such as short tunnels, move under dense vegetation, or drive through dense urban canyons.

Many similar units are waterproof or come with magnetised rubber feet to allow the user to hang the unit out the window of the motorhome or mount on the roof through the window. This is because these units are less sensitive and need a clearer view of the sky, whereas the Easi Nav can acquire a signal at -173 dBw and so can be left either on the dashboard with no loss of service.

Furthermore, once the signal has been acquired, the Navsync easi-nav unit can maintain a GPS 3-D lock at signal strengths down to -185dBw which is far better than equivalent models. This means that the unit will keep its signal in all but the very harshest conditions and when a lock is lost, it will be recovered quickly.
