The MAGIC SAFE gas alarm recognises KO gases (ether, chloroform, and triclorethene) plus Propane and Butane.
When do motor enthusiasts know that gas from an onboard supply has leaked into their mobile home?
Probably only when it is too late ...
MAGIC SAFE MSG-150, the new gas sensor by WAECO, guards them from such dangerous surprises. It reliably detects the presence of hazardous gases in the ambient air and immediately triggers alarm. The noise of its integrated buzzer just can't be ignored, and a red lamp lights up for extra warning. And MAGIC SAFE MSG-150 can do even more: it will also detect all common narcotic gases and save lives before it is too late.
The "board detective" recognises all kinds of narcotic gases based on ether, chloroform, butane, ethane and trichloroethene and triggers alarm immediately. Once activated, the gas sensor automatically adjusts itself to the ambient air. It works entirely independent of the temperature and cleans itself.
The integrated relay circuits allow for three different applications: as stand-alone unit, in combination with WAECO's MAGIC SAFE MS-650 car alarm, or in combination with the MS-620SI siren. When combined with the MS-650 car alarm, the gas sensor can be operated with the remote control of the car alarm.
It will detect all narcotic gases based on ether, chloroform, butane, ethane and trichlorethene.
When you've switched on the gas sensor, the system will initially perfrom a self function test and then adjust automatically to the room atmosphere. Any system failure will be immediately indicated.
The alarm can be silenced with the test button, which can also be used for a manual function test anytime. WAECO's new gas alarm is ready for easy connection to 12 volts.
