CTEK Multi XS 7000 Battery Charger
The CTEK 7000 battery charger is recommended for use with any type of battery with a capacity of up to 250Ah. Like the CTEK 3600, it can be used with any type of lead acid battery including gel and AGM types. Its unique multi-stage charging characteristics ensure that any battery will be charged to its maximum potential: even partially sulphated batteries can usually be revived by the CTEKs "pulsing" feature.
In addition to its charging capabilities, the CTEK 7000 battery charger can also be used as a power supply when 230V AC is available.
Like all models in the CTEK range, it can be safely left connected indefinitely to ensure that a battery is in peak condition when its needed. It is completely safe and can even be left out in the rain.

The Ctek MULTI XS 7000 can be set very easily to charge different types of lead-acid batteries (Wet, MF, GEL and AGM) and conditions.

*) Back current drain is what drains the battery if the charger is connected without the power cord connected.
**) Ripple denotes the amount of interference there is to the current and voltage. A high current ripple heats the battery and shortens its life. A linear charger has a current ripple of 70 - 400% which is much larger than the maximum 5% for a modern sealed battery. Voltage ripple could harm other equipment, which is connected to the battery. The MULTI XS 7000 delivers voltage and current with very low ripple. The battery gains a long service life and there is no risk of damage to other electronic devices connected to the battery.
